Welcome to Tanafos app (the “App”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. About the App
The App allows users to:
- Book football fields
- Organize and join matches
- Look for missing players
- Communicate via in-app chat
- Participate in gamification features such as points, rankings, and achievements
We act as a platform to connect users and game organizers.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least:
- 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country), and
- Legally able to agree to these Terms
By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You must not share your account with others
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
4. User Conduct
When using the App, you agree to:
- Be respectful to other users
- Not send abusive, offensive, or illegal content
- Not spam, harass, or impersonate others
- Use the App only for its intended football-related purposes
We may remove content or restrict access if these rules are violated.
5. Bookings and Matches
- Field bookings are subject to availability and the rules of the field provider
- We are not responsible for cancellations, field conditions, or disputes with field owners
- Participation in matches is voluntary and at your own risk
- The App is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during matches
6. Chat and User Content
- Users are responsible for the content they post or send in chats
- By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use it within the App for operation and moderation
- We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws
7. Gamification and Points
- Points, rankings, and achievements have no real-world monetary value
- We may adjust, reset, or remove gamification features at any time
- Abuse or manipulation of the points system may result in account suspension
8. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App
- Use of the App is at your own risk
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may stop using the App at any time.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. In-App Purchases
The App may offer optional in-app purchases such as premium features, subscriptions, points, or other virtual items. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and we do not collect or store payment information.
Prices are displayed in the App. Subscriptions (if offered) automatically renew unless canceled through your app store account settings before the renewal date.
You are responsible for all purchases made through your account.

15. Child Safety Standards
Tanafos is committed to the safety and protection of children on our platform.
Prohibited Content and Behavior
The following are strictly prohibited on Tanafos:
- Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in any form
- Sexual content involving minors
- Grooming, exploitation, or abuse of minors
- Any content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits individuals under the age of 18
Reporting
If you encounter any content or behavior that violates these standards, please report it immediately. We take all reports seriously and will act swiftly, including reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
Age Requirement
As stated in Section 2, users must be at least 13 years old to use the App. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts.
